Moms Cooking Today is a healthy meal resource for busy families.Busy parents today can have trouble finding time to fix healthy meals for their families. Life seems like an endless round of kids' activities and errands. But it is possible to fix healthy meals, with a little planning, even something everyone will eat!
MOMS COOKING TODAY
 Planning out menus that are full of good meals and not full of fast food takes planning, both weekly and daily.
   The weekly grocery trip  starts with a look at the family calendar. I always glance at the week ahead, and make a note of all of our activities at the top of the list. Then as I'm shopping in the store I can make a note of practical dinners for each night.
   A quick perusal of the weekly store flyer is useful. However, somtimes the sale items aren't in stock, so I try to be ready with Plan B.( Hamburgers!)
In extremely busy weeks I go back and write the menus on the calendar.
   Knowing what I am preparing ahead of time takes away much of the stress. I have an idea of when I can prep meals, which points us straight on the path to healthy dinners!
